INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded a report of a disturbance on Green Barn Road in the Town of Kingsbury on Sunday morning. Following an investigation into the incident, Samantha J. Hall and Matthew J. Dillon were both arrested.

Samantha Hall is accused of driving to the location on Green Barn Road while intoxicated and with children in the vehicle before intentionally causing damage to another vehicle.

Matthew J. Dillon was also charged during the investigation for criminal mischief in the 3^rd degree for damage he intentionally caused to another vehicle and endangering the welfare of a child.

Both were arraigned in CAP Court and ROR’d.
