Washington County Department of Social Services Caseworker, Robin MacNeil, was presented a Certificate of Appreciation on April 23rd during National Crime Victim’s Rights Week.

Warren/Washington CARE Center honored Robin with a plaque at a breakfast held at the Queensbury Hotel for her outstanding service on behalf of crime victims.
