INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute at a residence on Mountainview Drive in the Town of Kingsbury. After an investigation, it was determined that Patrick Colon Jr. had been involved however left the scene prior to the arrival of patrols. He is accused of striking a female he is familiar in the head with a coffee cup as well as damaging her television. The female victim was not seriously injured and was able to lock Colon out of the residence and call for help. At the time, there was an active, non-violent order of protection Colon preventing Colon from harassing or assaulting the female victim.

Deputies later located Colon in the Town of Fort Edward and arrested him. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward where he was processed and held for arraignment. Colon was then arraigned at CAP Court and order held without bail.
