INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Blake A. Wagner, age 24 for Criminal Sexual Act 2nd, a class D Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, class A misdemeanor. An investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office alleges that Wagner had sexual contact with a child under the age of fifteen (15). Wagner was processed at the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward and held for central arraignment.
