[ARCHIVED] Kingsbury woman injured in roll-over accident

According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to Dike Road in the Town of Kingsbury for a one car, roll-over accident with injuries on Friday night (April 17, 2015) at 6:51 pm.

Upon arrival, Sheriff's deputies located Carrie Ann Ricketts, 31, of Dike Road who was already out of the vehicle.

Ricketts was been northbound on Dike Road in her 2002 Chevrolet Caviler when she veered off the roadway into a field, causing the vehicle to roll over. She was taken to Glens Falls Hospital by the Fort Edward Rescue Squad with neck and back pain.

Ricketts was issued a traffic ticket for speed not reasonable or prudent. The accident remains under investigation. The Kingsbury Fire Department was also on scene assisting.

The accident is being handled by Deputy John LaTour and Sgt Todd Lemery.
