[ARCHIVED] Two more charged in connection with murder case

According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office announce the indictment and arrest of
two Fort Ann men, Gordon W. Twiss, 73 and David M. Twiss, 52, for conspiracy in the second degree.

The charges stem from a Grand Jury Investigation related to the July 9, 2017 murder of Leona Twiss in the Town of Fort Ann. Both subjects were arraigned in Washington County Court by Judge McKeighan, and released on their own recognizance for future court dates.
