[ARCHIVED] Whitehall man charged after damaging vehicle

According to Sheriff Jeffrey Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Kevin W. Printy,  41,  of Whitehall. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report of damage done to a car while it was parked at the Argyle School parking lot on Saturday, January 20, 2018. A woman called the Sheriff’s Office to investigate scratch marks found on her car after it had been parked at the school.

The Sheriff’s Office was able to obtain video from the school’s surveillance cameras that captured the incident and helped ID the suspect. Printy is acquainted with the owner of the car and the Sheriff’s Office does not believe this was a random act. An estimate done on the car indicates the damaged to the vehicle exceeds $1,500.00. Printy was being held at the Washington County Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment later Monday.
