[ARCHIVED] Queensbury woman arrested after accident


According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy,  the Washington County Sheriff’s Office  responded to Vaughn Road  in the Town of Kingsbury for a report of a motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, Deputies  made contact with NATALIE C. MARSHALL, 22,  of Sunnyside East in Queensbury, who reported that she was driving a 2012 BMW west on Vaughn Road when she lost control of the vehicle. Deputies detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from MARSHALL and her speech was slurred. 

MARSHALL failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward where she was processed. During arrest processing, MARSHALL refused to submit to a breath test.  She was arraigned at Central Arraignment and sent to the Washington County Correctional Facility for lack of bail.

Charges Filed: Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st degree
