According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, on January 25, 2018, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert N. Middleton on an Arrest Warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd after an investigation involving him having contact with a minor in violation of a Court Order. Middleton was processed at the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward and arraigned in Washington County Court and released on his own recognizance.
