According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, on Wednesday, March 24th 2015, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mark Bardin of Granville. Bardin was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree, a class E Felony.

Bardin is accused of possessing and using a stolen public benefit card at a local store that belonged to someone else.

Bardin was arraigned in Fort Ann Town Court and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility without bail. He is scheduled in Granville Town Court on 3/30 at 5 PM.
