A Wind Chill Warning will be in effect for Washington County from 1/5/2018 1:00 AM to 1/7/2018 7:00 AM.
* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected which will cause
frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin. Expect wind chills to range from 15 below zero to 40 below zero.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 7 AM Sunday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Brisk and gusty winds will cause some blowing and drifting of snow.

WARMING CENTERS:
- The Middle Falls Fire Department will have its doors open as a warming shelter starting at 6:00 PM on Friday, going right through their scheduled breakfast on Sunday morning. If you need to get out of the cold, are having home heating issues or know anyone who needs assistance stop in or call the station at (518) 692-2830. Please spread the word for us. We will have the heat and lights on and a hot cup of coffee or cocoa for you. Thank you and please stay warm.
