[ARCHIVED] Whitehall man charged with aggravated DWI

According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, On November 26, 2017 at about 1:38 am, the Washington County Sheriff’s office arrested Tyler E. Ingleston,28,  of Whitehall, NY following a traffic stop.

Ingleston was arrested after failing several standard field sobriety tests. He was processed at the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward and charged with failing to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a B.A.C. of .19% and aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony due to his drivers license being suspended for a prior alcohol conviction.

Ingleston was arraigned and sent to the Washington County Correctional Facility. 

The case was handled by Deputy Lance Barber and Sgt. Robert Sullivan.
