According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy on Saturday April 22, 2017, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Julien l. Bama, 26 ,  of Deer Run Drive in Hudson Falls. 

The arrest comes as a result of an investigation in the Town of Kingsbury where a female victim alleges Bama forced her to have sexual contact against her consent.

Bama was arrested and processed at the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward. He was charged with one count of rape in the 1st degree, a class B felony.

Bama was arraigned in the Town of Fort Edward Court and committed to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu $10, 000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 bond.

The investigation and arrest were conducted by the Washington Sheriff’s Office Investigations Unit and Road Patrol.
