Britnay Cutting -The Defendant was arraigned on a Violation of Probation.

Morgan Harris - The Defendant was arraigned on a Violation of Probation.

Daryl Barker - The Defendant was arraigned on an Indictment of Driving While Intoxicated.  

Aaron Minor - The Defendant was sentenced on a Violation of Probation to 1-3 years in State Prison.

Donna LaRose -The Defendant was arraigned on Indictment including charges of Possession of Cocaine an A-1 Felony based on weight. Bail set with Bail Source Hearing.

Timothy Condon - The Defendant was arraigned on a Violation of Probation.

Patrick Boyer - The Defendant was sentenced to 3 years determinate in State Prison with 2 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd a Class B Felony.

Zenquell Rodriguez - The Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½-3 years in State Prison on a plea of guilty to attempted promoting prison contraband a Class E Felony.

Michael Mueller - The Defendant was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation on a plea to 2 counts of Felony Sale of Marihuana, Class D Felonies and Forfeiture of assets seized related to the drug sales.

Terry Ash - The Defendant was sentenced to 1 1/3-4 years in State Prison on a plea to Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle a Class E Felony and Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated.

Matthew Peppin- The Defendant pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, a Class E Felony with an anticipated sentence of 6 months in jail and 5 years probation when sentenced on March 24, 2017.

Timothy Royallminns - The Defendant was sentenced to 1-3 years in State Prison on a plea to DWI with a Previous Conviction Within 10 Years, a Class E Felony.

Frank Spaulding - The Defendant was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 5 years probation on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a Class E Felony.

Stephen Stout - The Defendant pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd, a Class D Felony with an anticipated sentence of 2-4 years in State Prison indeterminate and restitution of $885 when sentenced on April 7, 2017.
