[ARCHIVED] Mechanicville man charged after drug investigation

According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy on Monday January 30, 2017, the Washington County Sheriff's Office  arrested Ryan J. Fahey, 25, of Malta Point in Mechanicville.

Fahey was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a class C felony.

The arrest comes as a result of an investigation in the Town of Greenwich. Fahey was arraigned in the Town of Greenwich Court and committed in lieu of bail. Bail was set at $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,500.00 bond. 

The investigation and Arrest were conducted by the Washington Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit.
