Tytrell Berkley - Defendant was sentenced to Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony and sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in State Prison.

Josiah Chandler -Defendant was arraigned on indictment to Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony.

Ivanhoe Haynes - Defendant was arraigned on indictment to Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony.

David Pearce - Defendant was arraigned on indictment to two counts of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony and Driving While Intoxicated a Class A Misdemeanor.

James Perry - Defendant was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in State Prison on a Violation of Probation.

Dakota White - Defendant was sentenced to 3 ½ years determinate in State Prison with 2 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony and 1 year determinate with 1 year post release supervision on a plea to Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony, sentences to run concurrent.
