[ARCHIVED] DA's Office outlines recent felony case dispositions

Joseph Bartholomew -Defendant pled to Aggravated Family Offense, a Class E Felony, with an anticipated sentence of 5 years probation.

Robert Brown - Defendant was sentenced to 6 months in jail on an admission to Violation of Probation.

Kenneth Bennett - Defendant was Sentenced to 3 years determinate in State Prison with 2 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony.

Kelly Clark - Defendant was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in State Prison on a plea to Felony Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.

Lawrence Kenyon - Defendant was sentenced to 5 years probation on a plea to Felony Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.

Eva Young - Defendant was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to Forgery in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony.

Kyle Holcomb -Defendant was sentenced to 5 months in jail on an admission to Violation of Probation.

Khylan Hunt - Defendant pled to Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, with an anticipated sentence of 90 days in jail with 5 years probation with forfeiture.

Lee VanGundy - Defendant admitted to Violation of Probation with an anticipated sentence of 2 years determinate in State Prison with 5 years post release supervision.

Garth Martel - Defendant pled to Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class E Felony with an anticipated sentence of 90 days in jail with 5 years probation.
