[ARCHIVED] Felony Case Updates - March 22, 2016

The following are case dispositions, either pending or completed:

Andrew Barnett -Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Roger Caldwell Jr.-Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in jail, revocation of probation on a plea to Violation of Probation.

Anthony Geppner -Defendant was sentenced to 1 year in jail on a plea to Violation of Probation.

Ashley Hunt -Defendant pled to Criminal Sexual Act in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony and sentenced to 4 months in jail with 10 years probation.

Sean Hibbert -Defendant was arraigned on indictment to Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony.

Caren Monahan -Defendant was sentenced to 5 years determinate in State Prison with 3 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony.

Isaac Jaggarnine-Defendant was sentenced to 3 ½ years determinate in State Prison with 2 ½ post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony.

Shauna Leary -Defendant pled to Violation of Probation with an anticipated sentence of 2 to 6 years in State Prison.

Edwardo Delbrey -Defendant was sentenced as a Second Violent Felony Offender to 4 counts Burglary in the 1st Degree, a Class B Felony, with 25 years in State Prison with 5 years post release supervision on each count, Assault in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, with a 7 years determinate in State Prison with 5 years post release supervision and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, a Class C Felony with 15 years determinate in State Prison with 5 years post release supervision and Menacing 2nd, a Class A Misdemeanor, with a fine of $500.00; sentences to run concurrent.
