William Gallinari - Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Edward Phillips, Jr. - Defendant was sentenced to 3 years determinate in State Prison with 1 year post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony.

Calvin Lena - Plead to Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 5 years probation.

John Gilboy - Defendant pled to Burglary in the 1st Degree, a Class B Felony with an anticipated sentence of 10 years in State Prison with 5 years post release supervision and restitution.

Adam Stevens - Defendant was sentenced to 6 years determinate in State Prison with 2 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd – Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony. Forfeiture of cash and vehicle.

Lance Morehouse- Defendant pled to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree; Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony, with an anticipated sentence of 6 ½ years in State Prison with 2 years post release supervision. Defendant also pled to Criminal Possession of a Weapon, a Class D Felony, with an anticipated sentence of 1 ½ to 3 years in State Prison to be served concurrent with the 6 ½ years. Sentencing set for February 26, 2016.
