Idris Ramos - Defendant pled to Attempted Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 5 years probation.

Matththius Cohen - Defendant was sentenced to 5 years determinate in State Prison with 3 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3rd; Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell, a Class B Felony.

Christopher Lee - Defendant was sentenced to 12 ½ years in State Prison with 20 years post release supervision on a plea to Criminal Sexual Act-1st Degree, a Class B Felony.

Heidi Manney - Defendant admitted to a Violation of Probation and entered a plea to a Superior Court Information on a Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony with a prison term of 2 to 6 years and 1 ½ to 3 years concurrent in State Prison and ordered to pay restitution.

Brian Sawn - Defendant pled to a Violation of Probation and Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony, with an anticipated sentence of 1 to 3 years in State Prison and an Order of restitution.

Robbin Hood - Defendant sentenced to 1 Year in State Prison with 2 years Post Release Supervision on a plea to Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.

James Bronson - Defendant pled guilty to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. Sentencing to take place November 11. It is anticipated that he will be sentenced to 5 years in State Prison with 2 years post-release supervision.
