The month of November 2015 marks the 16th Annual National Adoption Month campaign with Saturday, November 21st designated as National Adoption Day.

In the years since 2010 Washington County Department of Social Services is proud to announce the finalization of 49 adoptions!

Currently, Washington County has fifteen children freed and awaiting adoption.

We celebrate and acknowledge the invaluable work being done to make permanency a reality for children awaiting adoptive families and the dedicated families who have expanded their families through adoption.
