[ARCHIVED] DA's Office outlines recent felony case dispositions

Scales of Justice

The following are dispositions, either pending or completed, as provided by the Washington County District Attorney's Office.

Caleb Christiansenerden - Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Darryl Jones - Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Valerie Lamboy - Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ years determinate in State Prison on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, a Class D Felony.

David McEckron - Defendant was sentenced to 6 months incarceration in the County Jail on a plea to Violation of Probation.

Adam Bartholomew - Defendant was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to a Violation of Probation.

Lemar Dean - Defendant was sentenced to 6 months in jail with 5 years probation on a plea to Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony.

Danielle Havens - Defendant was sentenced to 5 years probation on her plea to Criminal Nuisance, for allowing a drug dealer to use her home as a location to sell drugs in our community. This is the second conviction in our continuing effort to support our communities in dealing with residence who welcome drug dealers into their homes to sell drugs in our communities.

Luther Jeffries - Defendant was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in State Prison on a plea to Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

Adam Stevens - Defendant was arraigned on Indictment to three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, a Class D Felony, one count of Criminal using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, Driving While Intoxicated, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Driving While Ability Impaired by the Combined Influence, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Richard Wilson - Defendant was sentenced to 6 months in Jail with 5 years probation on a plea to Attempted Arson in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony. Order entered to pay restitution.

Jonathan Damato - Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ to 4 ½ years in State Prison on a plea to Violation of Probation.

Luke Gonyea - Defendant was sentenced to 6 months incarceration in the County Jail on a plea to Violation of Probation.

Christopher Lyttle - Defendant was sentenced to 1 ½ years in State Prison with 1 year Post Release Supervision on a plea to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a Class C Felony.

Lauren Temple - Defendant was arraigned on Indictment to two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Nuisance in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony. These charges stem from allegations that she was allowing a known drug dealer to use her residence for a location to sell drugs.
