According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, on August 27, 2015, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Jones, 30, of Glens Falls. Jones was charged with making a terroristic threat, a class D Felony.
Jones is accused of making a post on his Facebook account threatening to break a Washington County Child Protective Case Workers neck if she did not return his kids.
Jones was arraigned in the Town of Fort Edward Court and remanded to the Washington County jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secure bond. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for possible action of the Grand Jury with the potential of additional charges.
