[ARCHIVED] Man arrested for filming child in shower

According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, on Saturday July 25, 2015, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michal Zlatohlavy, 21, of Slovakia. He was charged with unlawful surveillance in the 2nd degree, a class E Felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A Misdemeanor.

Zlatohlavy is accused of using a cell phone to take a video of a 13 year old female as she was taking a shower. Zlatohlavy was not familiar with the female.

Zlatohlavy was arraigned in the Town of Argyle Court.and remanded to the Washington County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secure bond. He is to reappear on July 28th 2015 at 5 PM.

The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for possible Grand Jury action and possible additional charges.
