INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Keener A. Mendezesteban as a result of an investigation into a complaint regarding Mendezesteban stealing approximately $75,000.00 in jewelry from a relative in the Town of Easton.

Mendezesteban was arrested in Columbia County on an Warrant of Arrest issued by the Town of Easton Court and transported back to Washington County where he was arraigned at Centralized arraignment and was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear in the Town of Easton Court on a later date.
