INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kaitlin Nelson of Richmond, Vermont for Bail Jumping in the 2nd Degree a class E Felony after a Warrant was issued by Washington County Court for her arrest. Nelson was extradited to New York from the State of Vermont to answer the charge along with other charges from prior cases in Washington County. Nelson was held pending arraignment in Washington County Court.
