INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022, Martin Taft and Jonathan Combs were arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 1st Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree. It’s alleged that Mr. Taft and Mr. Combs broke into Calamity Jane’s Firearms and Fine Shoes in the early morning hours of October 21st and stole several Firearms. 

On Sunday, October 23rd 2022, Billie Jo Parker was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 1st Degree; Sean C. Parmeter was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree and Penny R. Phillips was charged by the NYSP in Warren County with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. All charges are a result of the ongoing investigation of the break in and theft of several firearms from Calamity Jane’s Firearms and Fine Shoes on October 21st 2022. The Investigation is ongoing.

Phillips was arrested by the NYSP in Warren County. She was arraigned and remanded to the Warren County Jail. No mug shot is available at this time.
