INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED: Ursula M. Mangir Age: 33 Address: Argyle, NY 

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Ursula M. Mangir was arrested on an Arrest Warrant after an investigation conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. It is alleged that Mangir did intentionally damage a vehicle in the presence of a child less than 17 years old. Damage to the vehicle is estimated to be in the excess of two-thousand ($2000.00) dollars. Mangir also made threats to the life of the victim in the case.

Mangir turned herself in to the Sheriff’s Office and was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and was released on her own recognizance to appear in the Argyle Town Court on a later date. 

Charges Filed: Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree
