INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested John J. Younger, age 23, for two (2) counts of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a class C Felony, two (2) counts of Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, and two (2) counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor after an investigation determined that Younger had unlawfully entered two seasonal residences located on East Green Pond Way in the Town of Hebron. During the Burglaries Younger damaged property and stole alcohol from within the residences. Younger was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance in Hebron Town Court. Other arrests are likely in this investigation.
