INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert Risacher after an investigation into a Domestic Incident. Risacher was found to have strangled a former female intimate partner which subsequently caused her physical injury along with holding the subject down during the incident. Risacher was processed and arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment. Risacher was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Argyle Town Court on

a later date.
