INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeremiah D. Little, age 35, for Burglary in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony, and Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, after an investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office determined that Little had unlawfully entered a building, located on State Route 149 in the Town of Granville, and stole property from within the building. Little, who is currently being held at the Washington County Correctional Facility on unrelated charges, was arraigned and returned to the Washington County Correctional Facility pending a future court appearance.
