[ARCHIVED] Parolee arrested after failing to properly register as sex offender

INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED: Bryan A. Lynch Age: 24 Address: Gansevoort, NY 

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Bryan A. Lynch was arrested for Failure to Properly Register as a Sex Offender, a Class E Felony, after an investigation conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. It is alleged that Lynch failed to disclose an email address as part of stipulations of the Sex Offender Registry. Lynch is currently on Parole in New York State. Lynch was arrested and released to appear in the Town of Hampton Court on a later date.
