INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested John T. Dennison, age 47, for Sex Abuse in the First Degree, a Class D Felony, Forcible Touching, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor, after an investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office determined that Dennison had inappropriate sexual contact with a child less than 13 years old. Dennison was released after arraignment pending a future court date in the Town of Dresden Court.
