INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s arrested Marcus A. Opulski, age 21 for One Count of Rape in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child Less than 17 years old, a Class A Misdemeanor. It is alleged after an investigation that Opulski had sexual intercourse with a female who is under the age of 15 years old. 

Opulski was processed and held for arraignment on the charges at Washington County CAP Court, where he later posted bail and was released. Opulski is due back in the Town of Hebron Court at a later date.
