INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED:

1. Dominick M. Lashway Age: 25 Address: Fort Edward, NY

2. Cassidy S. Leroux Age:26 Address: Glens Falls, NY 

Charges Filed: Burglary in the First Degree (PL 140.30(2)) Robbery in the Second Degree (PL160.10(2)(a)) Assault in the Second Degree (PL120.05 (12)) Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (PL155.30 (4)) Petit Larceny (PL 155.25) 

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dominick M. Lashway and Cassidy S. Leroux as a result of an investigation into a Home Invasion that occurred on Christmas Eve in the Town of Hartford. It is alleged that Lashway and Leroux went to a residence on State Route 196 in the Town of Hartford, entered the residence where a male victim was assaulted and of property consisting of US Currency and Credit Cards was stolen.

Both Parties were held pending arraignment in Washington County Centralized Arraignment. Lashway is currently on Parole in New York State for an unrelated case and Leroux is currently on Probation in Warren County.

Other arrests are likely in this case.
