INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Matthew T. Poulos was arrested after an investigation conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree. It is alleged that Matthew T. Poulos had possession of dangerous contraband while he was incarcerated at the Washington County Correctional Facility. 

Poulos was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and was held at the Washington County Jail pending an appearance at Fort Edward Town Court.
