Charges Filed: Apprehend Fugitive from Other State on Warrant (CPL) 

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office assisted by the United States Marshalls Fugitive Task Force arrested Laurie L. Bartlett who was wanted by authorities in Bay County, Florida with full extradition. Bartlett was wanted for violating the terms of her probation for a felony offense, Homicide/Culpably Negligent Manslaughter. Bartlett was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and held without bail awaiting an appearance in Washington County Court for extradition proceedings.
