INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Michael J. Kio was arrested for Failing to Properly Register as a Sex Offender after an investigation conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. It is alleged that Michael Kio failed to disclose an online account used to register for a Social Media. 

Kio was released on an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Town of Fort Ann Court on a future date.
