Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s arrested Crescencio Gonzalez-Gonzalez, age 45, as a result of a joint investigation by the New York State Department Motor Vehicles and Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Gonzalez-Gonzalez was charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, and Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony. Gonzalez-Gonzalez was released on an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Town of Fort Edward Court at a later date.
