For Washington County youth ages 18 to age 27 who experienced foster care at the age of 14 or older. You are eligible for a direct cash award. If you were financially impacted by COVID-19, you may be eligible for cash assistance. Youth who are in and were in foster care have experienced numerous challenges including:

• Housing/homelessness

• Transportation issues

• Utility expenses

• Technology barriers

• Child care challenges

• Food insecurity

• Medical expenses

• Loss of employment/reduced hours

• Serious illness of youth or family

• Financial instability

Awards will be distributed on a first come first serve basis until September 30, 2022 or until exhausted.
