INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, Michael S. Sanders was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Aggravated Family Offense after a joint investigation conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Department of Corrections. It is alleged that Michael Sanders contacted a female who was a protected party of an Order of Protection. Sanders was arraigned at the Fort Edward Town Court and remained in the custody of New York State Department of Corrections.
