INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher B. James of Kingsbury. It is alleged that James had a sexual encounter with a female that was less than fifteen (15) years of age. James was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment and held in lieu of bail. Bail was set at $500.00 Cash/$1,000.00 Bond.
