INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s arrested Renee M. Risolo, age 43 after an investigation at the Washington County Jail for Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree. It is alleged that during the investigation Risolo, who is an inmate at the facility, was found to be in possession of contraband.
