Sheriff’s Deputies were called to Seeley’s Restaurant on Broadway in the Town of Fort Edward at about 9:50 pm for a report of a possible burglary in progress. Responding units were advised that a male subject had smashed out a window to the restaurant, entered and caused damage inside.
Shortly after, the male subject, (later identified as Hall) stole a work truck from Sprague’s Mermaid Pools and fled the scene north on Broadway towards Hudson Falls. Hudson Falls Police spotted the stolen truck on River Street and began to pursue it.

Hall attempted to flee the area in that vehicle, a Honda Accord, however crashed into a pole near the Quaker and Dix Avenue intersections in Queensbury. Hall was taken into custody as he ran from the crashed Honda by members of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Hall was processed at the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward and arraigned in the Town of Fort Edward Court. He was sent to the Washington County Jail for lack of bail. Additional charges are pending.
