INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported serious injury of an employee at Equustock LLC. The employee was injured while operating a piece of machinery at the business location. The injured subject was treated for serious injuries on scene and was transported to Albany Medical Center. This incident appears to be accidental at this time.
