INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Morgan Harris, age 27 for Promoting Prison Contraband 1st degree, a Class D Felony. The investigation indicated that Harris was in possession of a hypodermic needle containing a liquid substance while being processed into the Washington County Correctional Facility, where she was confined for an unrelated incident. Morgan was arraigned at the Fort Edward Town Court and released without bail, however remains remanded at the Washington County Correctional Facility for unrelated charges.
