INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff’s arrested Dominick D. Tarsia, age 22, for Rape 3rd degree, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor. The investigation by the Sheriff’s Office alleges that Tarsia was having an inappropriate sexual relationship with another person under the age of seventeen. Tarsia was processed, arraigned at Central Arraigment, and released pending a future court date.
