RP-5217 Form
 Washington County is part of the pilot program for the new one page RP-5217 Form (PDF). We will start accepting the new one page form as of March 4, 2013.  We encourage all of our customers to use this new form to facilitate the success of this program. 
  FAQ's about the new one page RP-5217 form can be found on the Department of Taxation and Finance website. This form only opens in Internet Explorer.

Note: On June 1, 2013 all customers will be required to use the new form.
