Information & Assistance

Information and assistance is designed to answer your questions, provide direct services and to make referrals to other agencies. Under the Older American’s Act, the Office for the Aging is designated to act as an advocate for individual seniors in order to protect and preserve their rights. In addition, we advocate for services and programs that affect our county’s residents as a whole.

Every month we provide information about a variety of topics that we feel our community should be aware of. This information is provided by the Free Press and is called Community Connections. (Washington County Office for Aging's Newsletter). Please see the attached information being shared for this month. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 518-746-2420!
